About Tawzeaat
What the site is, why it was built, and how to get the most out of it.
What is Tawzeaat?
Tawzeaat is a free tool for tracking and comparing Saudi Exchange (TASI) listed companies by dividend yield and other financial indicators. It brings listed-company data together in one place and makes it easy to sort, filter, and compare, instead of piecing it together manually from scattered sources.
Why was it built?
Dividend investing is a popular strategy among Saudi market investors, but comparing companies by dividend yield usually meant checking several sources and doing the math by hand. Tawzeaat was built to make that faster and clearer, with extra tools to estimate expected investment returns and build a personal stock list that's easy to share.
How to use it
- Home: browse every listed company, sort by dividend yield or any other column, and search or filter by sector.
- Compare: select several companies from Home by clicking their rows, then compare them side by side in one table.
- Calculator: enter an investment amount (one-time or monthly) across one or more companies, and estimate future returns or what you'd have actually earned by investing in a past year.
- My List: build your own stock list, saved automatically in your browser, and share it with others via a link or an image.
- Dividends Calendar: browse a weekly or monthly calendar of dividend eligibility and distribution dates across all companies, and click any day to see its full details.
- Latest Dividends: see the most recent cash dividends announced by listed companies over the last 120 days, sorted newest first.
- Dividend Lab: pick your own companies, or start from a list of ones with a 5+ year dividend record mapped to the months they actually pay in, to build your own monthly income portfolio.
How are the numbers in My List and the Calculator worked out?
Each company's dividend yield is calculated from what it actually paid out over the last year against the current share price -- the same number used everywhere else on the site, not an estimate.
- Calculating from today assumes each company keeps paying the same yield as its last full year, every year going forward.
- Calculating from a past year uses the real dividends the company actually paid since then until today (real data, not an estimate), then continues with the same "last year's yield" assumption for any extra years beyond today.
- The "Reinvest dividends" option compounds the profit year over year; without it, profit is a flat percentage of the original amount each year.
These are all estimates for informational purposes only, not a guarantee of future performance.
Who can benefit?
Anyone interested in Saudi dividend-paying stocks, from a beginner investor trying to understand the difference between companies, to an investor with an existing portfolio who wants to track expected returns and compare them against other options in the market.
